How are services delivered?
Consultations are delivered remotely through an agreed video meeting platform. Written materials are delivered digitally by email or an agreed shared workspace.
When is payment due?
Payment timing and accepted method are stated in the written order confirmation or proposal. Work begins after any required payment and requested background information are received.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Yes, subject to the published Refund Policy. In general, cancellation at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation qualifies for a full refund; work already delivered is not refundable.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Consulting provides analysis and recommendations, but results depend on market conditions, implementation, third-party platforms, and other factors outside SALINK's control.
