Effective date: August 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the SALINK website and consulting services. By using the website or ordering a service, you agree to these Terms. A written proposal, order confirmation, or statement of work may add or replace terms for a specific engagement.
1. Services
SALINK provides remote professional consulting related to cross-border e-commerce strategy, AI-enabled operations, and digital growth. Deliverables may include online consultations, assessments, workshops, written recommendations, and implementation roadmaps. We do not sell physical products, provide logistics or warehousing, process marketplace orders, or provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
2. Orders, scope, and delivery
An inquiry is not an accepted order. An engagement begins only after SALINK confirms the service, scope, price, timeline, delivery method, and any required payment in writing. You agree to provide accurate information and timely access reasonably needed for the work. Services are normally delivered remotely by online meeting and digital documents.
3. Fees and payment
Prices are stated in US dollars unless specified otherwise. Applicable taxes and any approved additional costs will be disclosed before payment. Payment terms appear in the order confirmation or proposal. You authorize charges only through the payment method and schedule you approve. Overdue amounts may delay delivery.
4. Scheduling, cancellation, and refunds
Scheduling changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If SALINK must cancel and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, amounts paid for the undelivered service will be refunded.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for business decisions, implementation, legal and regulatory compliance, platform rules, account security, and obtaining specialist advice where necessary. You must not provide information you lack permission to share or ask SALINK to support unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
Recommendations are based on information available at the time and professional judgment. Markets, technology, platforms, and regulations change. SALINK does not guarantee revenue, cost savings, approvals, rankings, platform access, or any particular business result.
7. Intellectual property and confidentiality
You retain ownership of materials you provide. After full payment, you may use final client-specific deliverables internally for your business, unless the written scope says otherwise. SALINK retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, and general tools. Each party will use reasonable care with non-public information received from the other, subject to legal disclosure requirements.
8. Acceptable website use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent affiliation with SALINK, or copy site materials for commercial republication without permission.
9. Third-party services
Recommendations or links may refer to third-party platforms. Those services are controlled by their providers, and SALINK is not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, policies, or decisions.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SALINK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. SALINK's aggregate liability arising from a specific paid engagement will not exceed the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Termination and general terms
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement as stated in its written scope, or for material breach not remedied after reasonable notice. Provisions intended to survive will remain effective. If any term is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with the applicable written scope and policies, form the agreement between the parties.
